Upon receipt of the package, please verify its integrity, that there has been no tampering, that it is not ruined or wet, since once the transport document has been signed, no dispute can be made about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any disputes must be immediately raised to the express courier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly. Otherwise it is necessary to express a reservation to the courier: the package is accepted but before signing the transport document you will have to write or check "I accept with reserve right",and indicate the problem encountered (Eg "ruined box", "detached adhesive tape", "open box"). Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery (the date reported in the courier's DDT will prevail).
Delivery times depend on the time when the order was placed, the courier chosen and the destination of the goods. Except in exceptional cases, delivery times should not exceed 48 hours for Crono, 4 working days in Italy (excluding islands) with Nexive, 2/5 working days in Europe, and 10 working days for the rest of the world.
In the package, the receipt of the purchased goods will be inserted, unless the invoice is expressly requested, tell us if it is a gift, in this case all prices will be removed and the receipt will NOT be attached in the package.

The amount relating to the returned goods, deducted from the cost of shipping, will be, subject to agreements with the customer:
a. credited back to the Customer on his credit card, with currency not later than 14 days from the date of shipment of the returned goods and in any case not before a-store.eu has returned to possession of it;
b. sent to the Customer, within 14 days from the date of shipment of the returned goods, and in any case not before a-store.eu has returned to possession of it,
c. left on account for future orders on our site in the form of a voucher
