A-store.eu makes use of the services of several shippers/carriers of its trust. The costs of shipments start from € 6.00 with Nexive, € 10 with International Chrono, for packages with above average weights or dimensions will be calculated automatically by the software after the registration phase based on the weight and volume of the goods ordered. In order to allow its customers to personally follow the delivery process, they are subsequently indicated, the number of the shipment and, if available, the web address to which to contact to follow the various stages of the shipment.
For a faster and more efficient service, it is goodto indicate in the address, the name written on the doorbell, also enter a mobile number to be contacted by the courier, this to avoid possible misunderstandings or delays with any increase in storage costs from the shipper, a-store.eu will never bear additional costs beyond the expenses calculated at the time of ordering, and there are never any costs of storage or delivery to the plans.
Upon receipt of the package, please check its integrity, that there has been no tampering, that it is not ruined or wet, because once the transport document has been signed, there will be no dispute as to the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any disputes must be immediately raised to the express courier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly. Otherwise you must express a reservation to the courier: the package is accepted but before signing the specificare transport document you will have to write or tick "I accept with reserve right", and specify the problem encountered (e.g. "ruined box", "detached adhesive tape", "open box"). Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to object to the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems related to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery (the date reported in the courier's DDT will be authentic).
Delivery times depend on the time the order was placed, the courier chosen and the destination of the goods. Except in exceptional cases, delivery times should not exceed 48 hours for Crono, 4 working days in Italy (excluding islands) with Nexive, 2/5 working days in Europe, and 10 working days for the rest of the world.
In the package, the tax receipt of the purchased goods will be inserted, unless the express request of the invoice is made, let us know if it is a gift, in this case all prices will be taken away and the receipt will NOT be attached in the package.

Nevertheless, in some cases the simultaneous demand for a product from different customers can suddenly and temporarily reduce the availability of that product.
